GoogleDealing with Deana at KFH Chislehurst was such an easy and stress free experience. We had our property up for sale for a year with another agent with no success but when we changed to KFH everything began to move quickly.
Deana took the lead on the search for a buyer which quickly led to a good number of viewings and ultimately the sale of the property. We were kept updated throughout the process which made it very straightforward at all times, Deana also recommended a Solicitor who did a fantastic job.
I would thoroughly recommend Deana and the whole team working under Susan Tary at KFH Chislehurst.

GoogleI must start by saying I bought through KFH Chislehurst. All started well with my initial negotiator, he was friendly and knowledgable about the property. Problems started with his colleague, the way that I was spoken to was a disgrace. There is no excuse for the tone of the member of staff in question and the outright disrespect for me and my situation. I will never have any further dealings with them, which is a shame as my initial contact was good and I also have a great ongoing relationship with the blackheath branch. Best avoided.

GoogleKFH and Deana were absolutely amazing in helping us find our new home! From the very beginning Deana was an absolute star and helped us arrange multiple viewings to allow our extended family come and check out the house.
We had a bit of a delay due to incompetent conveyancers, but even during these frustrating times, Deana helped keep the chain alive and even helped chase our conveyancer for updates which was absolutely above and beyond what we ever expected.
Deana is very knowledgable about the local area and has a very keen eye of how refurbishment work could be done without breaking the bank! Of course she has excellent contacts in the industry and even helped us secure a tradesperson to replace all our windows.
All in all we couldn't have had our home had it not been for Deana and would be eternally grateful for all her assistance.

GoogleWe have just sold a property in Bickley through KFH Chislehurst. From the outset, they handled our sale with complete professionalism. The first meeting was with Deana Watkins, the Assistant Sales Manager, at the property. She had certainly done her homework before coming, was informative and knowledgeable. On confirming that we wished to go ahead with KFH, we met the two other members of the Sales Team, Kevin and Vanessa, at the property so that they could familiarise themselves, prior to any possible viewings. I also had several subsequent occasions to speak to the Sales Manager, Susan who, like her team, was very professional. It was also reassuring that we knew that the whole team liked our property and felt certain that they would be successful in finding us a buyer.
Kevin Byrne was assigned to us as being the Team member who would handle the sale. Kevin is a very personable young man. He kept us informed at every stage of the viewings and, once the sale had been confirmed, he did everything to help us with the process, right through to completion. On occasion he went beyond what could be expected to assist us.
We would definitely recommend this Sales Team, if anyone is considering selling their property. Congratulations and thanks to all the Team.
