GoogleAfter a previous deal unexpectedly fell through, I found myself in a very stressful situation and needed to secure a new place quickly. The team at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward went above and beyond to help me. They managed to find me an even better property at very short notice and moved incredibly quickly to get everything arranged so I could move in as soon as possible.
From the beginning, they were understanding, responsive, and genuinely supportive. I must have called several times in a bit of a panic, but they were always patient and reassuring, taking the time to keep me informed and making sure everything stayed on track. It was clear they were doing everything they could to deliver exactly what they had promised.
Terry at the Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward Chislehurst Branch in particular was an absolute diamond. He guided me through the entire process with professionalism and determination, working incredibly hard to achieve the best possible outcome for me. I’m truly grateful for his effort and support.
Anita was also fantastic, handling all the behind-the-scenes work and ensuring everything progressed smoothly so I could secure the best result possible.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The whole team was exceptional, and I’m extremely satisfied with the help and dedication they showed throughout. A genuinely outstanding experience, highly recommended.
