GoogleI dealt with Tariq and team at KFH in relation to a recent flat purchase. I found them to be professional and proactive at all times. Tariq was in regular contact to keep the process moving and to ensure that both sides were acting promptly. As a result, the sale process was efficient and we were able to exchange and complete in quite a short time scale. The process was made more challenging as the property had an existing tenant but the team were able to work around this to allow us adequate access and also to ensure (via Lettings team) that the flat was left in good condition - and in fact, some areas were follow up which were considered unsatisfactory. This was appreciated, as this could have fallen by the wayside once the tenant had exited. I would recommend the team at KFH Chislehurst for your sale process.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe bought our first home with the help of KFH Chislehurst. We used the KFH recommended conveyancer, surveyor and mortgage advisor. Everyone was super responsive and helpful. The whole process was run by the KFH team and it was really pleasant and stress free. Special thanks to Tariq who was absolutely brilliant and made sure we are looked after the entire time. He answered all our questions and really made us feel at ease with what is actually a really big step for us as first time buyers. Highly recommend and best of luck to the team!

GoogleKFH Rentals were extremely helpful when I was looking for tenants to rent my property. They explained the process clearly and were very efficient in finding tenants for me. Michaela Petrosjanova was my day to day contact - she was always friendly and went out of her way to assist me when a tricky repair problem arose at the last minute before the tenants moved in. All the paperwork is done on-line so everything is very clear and professional.

Every person we have dealt with have been extremely professional and always happy to pick up the phone or respond straight away to an email. They recommended an excellent surveyor who called us before and after the survey to explain the steps and feedback on the property and a great solicitor who was again responsive and very efficient. Finally, I would have to say a special thanks to Deana Watkins! She was absolutely incredible, responding to all of my queries within 30 minutes and always being happy to chase for any news at all. We have dealt with a few estate agents but Deana was by far the best! As a first time tenant, it was quite daunting for me. But felt comfortable with Scott who was always available and responsive to all my questions. Having worked for foxtons over a decade ago, I can be very particular on serving, but I was overly impressed with them and I would 1000% use them either as a landlord or a tenant.
