FacebookI do have problems receiving my rental payments on time from one tenant. My account manager is called Emelia. Emelia is polite and methodical in her approach. She is able to give suggestions and possible solutions. She ensures the correct notices are give that protect me. She is prompt in her response and keeps me updated.

FacebookBen Robertson was the only estate agent that we came across that explained everything we needed to know about renting our first property. As my husband was from Bali I was concerned that It would affect our renting prospects.. Other estate agents Haven’t been very helpful compared to Ben. You have put our mind at rest and we are no longer stressed about the renting process. Look forward to working with you in the next couple of months. Thanks again!

FacebookWe just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!

GoogleHaving previously sold through Chancellors, I decided to use them again for my recent Sale. The whole process was a real roller coaster (buyers pulling out, difficult time pressures etc) but throughout Tom Peachey was brilliant. He was extremely professional, but friendly and approachable the whole time and fully understood my difficult situation. He worked incredibly hard through all the ups and downs and kept in constant communication. Always replying very promptly to calls and emails. Nothing was too much trouble and i really appreciated his advice and honestly.

GoogleWhen my mother decided to sell her property we asked a few agents to visit and value. The house was a Victorian terrace which required modernising throughout. From the outset Chancellors outshone the other competitors. Patrick Tustian came to the initial visit and his preparatory work on the property and location was excellent. Despite the sale falling through a few times both Patrick and his colleague Tom Peachey were so professional, helpful and reliable. They worked extremely efficiently. I would have no hesitation in fully recommending them and of course would definitely use them again. Thank you Patrick and Tom.

GoogleOverpromised and underdelivered. We started our sale with Chancellors but they couldn’t follow through, messing us around with unstable buyers and coming across as lazy and disinterested in the check ins. I happened to be in the house at the start of one viewing and it was a weak pitch. Needless to say we gave notice and moved on.

FacebookI recently used chancellors estate agents to move to one of there rented property’s. My dealing was with Declan Hartigan ,Who was very informed very helpful and welcoming. Very professional throughout the whole process keeping me informed with a personal touch. It's always a nice surprise when somebody remembers your name considering the amount of people they have to deal with. I highly recommend chancellors estate agent and I am very impressed with Declan Hartigan. After my Smooth transition into my new home I also have perfect after-care service. Robert Higgins

FacebookMe, my husband and our daughter just moved yesterday to our new flat. I can't belive all process was so quick and not as complicated as I first thought. Very special thanks to Nathan Tan, he was very patient and professional, he really supported us. He explained us everything, sometimes twice as we are not a native speakers ;). If you're a bit scared of all this "scary" agencies, forms, processes and other things that may seem to be complicated I can honestly recommend you chancellors and Nathan. Big thanks again!

FacebookWhat a pleasant experience! I went into the Henley branch and spoke to Jon, a very helpful employee for your Henley area. I needed some assistance in my property search and I was very impressed with your employees knowledge of the area, not only places/areas within my budget but also how close the houses were to everything else I would need to be around or near my new home, schools, shops etc! I'm in a bit of a rush as I am moving to the area for a job and knew nothing about Henley and surrounding suburbs. Whilst I was in the branch I was comfortable the whole time and did not feel pressured at all, which is refreshing for an estate agents! I left feeling like I had real direction on what was now within my means and will be back to arrange viewings next time I am in the area! A great experience overall!

GoogleI have used Chancellors to rent out my property in Chipping Norton since June 2004. They are brilliant, I'd never consider going to another agency as they provide a full professional and reliable service for both landlord and tenant. I deal with Kerry in their management service and quite honestly she's a saint! There is no way that I could arrange all of the repairs that are necessary without her. My house is an old one and so there is always something that needs doing, usually a whole bunch of things all at the same time! Kerry takes away all of the hassle that managing it myself would create for me. So, just wanted to say a huge thanks Kerry, you're a star!
