We dealt with Aysha when viewing properties. We have viewed and dealt with most local agents and to be honest the level of expertise on viewings in particular has been quite lack luster and the overall communication poor, however that was absolutely not the case with Aysha, she is a credit to the company. We found her highly responsive good at keeping us up to date and highly organised on the viewings. She had a good knowledgeable approach to selling her clients house. I would highly recommend her and for anyone considering selling I would urge them to get in touch, you often don’t see how your agent actually deals with the sale of your house and It makes a big difference. As a potential buyer she has been a pleasure to deal with and having previously been an estate agent at director level I can be sure she would provide a sterling service to any potential seller. Highly recommend especially over some of the local alternatives!

We are absolutely delighted with the service we’ve received from Aysha at Chancellors. Having previously had our property on the market with two other agents over the course of a year, the difference when Aisha took over was significantly positive. ​ ​From our very first valuation meeting, Aysha proved herself to be incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. She asked deep, insightful questions that no previous agent had ever raised. For instance, she dug into why our previous sales fell through and asked if a specialized service had been brought in to try and "repair" the chain. ​Furthermore, she asked if our previous agents had raised a case directly with Rightmove and Zoopla. She explained that by providing evidence of a fallen-through sale, the platforms could re-list our home as a brand-new listing rather than just showing it as a standard re-list or a reduced property. ​When she asked this, we realized we had never seen any evidence of our past agents doing so. After double-checking Rightmove, we discovered they had simply re-listed it normally, leaving the old original listing dates visible on the ads when it should have fresh momentum for the current month. Aysha’s level of technical industry knowledge, combined with her local expertise in Chipping Norton, far surpassed any other agent we’ve encountered. ​ ​Aysha strikes the exact right balance between: ​- Active Listening: Genuinely hearing our concerns and taking on our feedback. ​- Direct Communication: Keeping us informed clearly and consistently. ​- Sales Acumen: Possessing that essential "salesy" drive required of a top-tier estate agent, without ever being pushy. ​ ​Since onboarding with Chancellors, the communication has been both clear and consistent. Having to sell a probate property and within a set time scale of about 5 months, of the six or so local agents , Chancellors were definitely the right choice. Upfront and honest valuations from Simon chapel, no waffling and confidence a sale could be done quickly. Marketing was excellent and chancellors secured a sale (SSTC) in just over a month!. My sales agent Lilly Honour has been 1st class since day 1. Always keeping me up to date regards viewings and viewer feedback.
