GoogleOur property is managed by Charlotte Parry. She has always acted on any maintenance issues immediately and kept us informed at all times. We are more than happy with the service Charlotte and Leaders provide. I have no hesitation in giving her a 5 Star review.

GoogleExperienced a hassle free and enjoyable experience when beginning our tenancy with Leaders. The agents were very knowledgeable and were all really lovely and welcoming. We wanted to start our tenancy quite quickly and leaders did everything to ensure it was possible. I would highly recommend leaders to anyone looking for a private let.

GoogleLeaders have proved to be efficient and extremely courteous in dealing with the letting of my property. Accurate in judging the market in good and bad times but most importantly Sarah Cawley who looked after my interests was most approachable and gave me peace of mind.

GoogleDO NOT under any circumstances use this letting agents. You will never get your full deposit back. I was warned by another Tenant but didn't listen.

GoogleOn the whole my partner and I found Leaders to be a good agent, they were efficient and friendly for the 3 years we were with them. It's just a shame our landlord was so unreasonable and uncompromising, otherwise we'd still probably be using them now!
