I recently locked myself out, called Leaders office and they even went to the extent of having someone come out to me within 15 minutes with a spare set of keys. Five star service.

Ultimately, as a tenant the experience of renting through you has been largely unsatisfactory, and our experience of dealing with Leaders, particularly the Property Management team has been stressful and problematic. We've spent a lot of money through your company (rent, administrative fees) and feel the service we received has been generally poor. The experience of letting through Leaders has been stressful and ultimately disappointing.

Never rent with leaders what disgraceful service, very rude and are not willing to listen to complaints about property you rent. .How can you being leaders, confirm we can have pets then turn round months later and state we can't, even though we have an email confirmation stating we can and James at leaders said we could before we signed our tenancy.

From a landlords point of view: Overall, a good service over the past three and a half years. It does help if a landlord has confidence in his or her managing agents. There are very occasional hic-cups in the service provided, but these are of minor importance compared with that which is carried out correctly and effectively.
