GoogleUsed as a tenant. Service always excellent, and always acted on anything we raised. However, the fees are extortionate - I was under the impression that a Landlord paid an Agent to find them tenants. We have paid total nearly £1000 is non-refundable fees to cover referencing, checkin and out, document prep, etc.
