Spare me your response you owe me that at least Dealing with this estate agency might work for gullible people or people with money, but for me, no. It was short lived and over within 5 weeks. I'd returned one day to the flat to find a big envelope by my front door and inside was the paperback copy of a tenancy agreement as well as a section 8 eviction notice (why give my agreement alongside?) and made my world come crashing down. The landlord's daughter lived in the flat above, goes crying to mum over an accident and of course mummy wants her daughter to be happy and probably working for the local council helped the landlord to twist things to get a section 8 which can only be granted if reasonable grounds grant it and I never meant to cause upset, I'm not a danger to anyone or antisocial. To keep her daughter happy there was no interest in mediation or trying to resolve things and I get thrown under the bus, if it wasn't for having my friends accommodation to go to I'd have been in a stickier situation but I didn't deserve to be in this situation. The landlord's daughter clearly has major issues, isolated very few close friends it seems, needs support and doesn't get enough, if any and isn't entirely stable or innocent herself. She was noisy in many ways herself, at one point shouting and sobbing at 6am one morning at something. No mediation whatsoever, they were only interested in keeping the landlady happy, you can claim you acted in the best interests of everyone but I never once agreed with that! Apparently nobody knew I had Asperger's (a form of autism) but regardless my intention was never to cause the daughter any stress, problems, trouble, disturbance or anxiety/panic attacks it was an accidental misunderstanding that got twisted and blown out of proportion. Estate agents who don't care and their past response was so to make themselves look good I think. According to the notice, the reasons were that I likely to be an anti social risk and likely to be a nuisance or risk to nearby residents! Lies! Unfair eviction with no offers of mediation, no care for me, only wanted the landlady happy. I'm sure I'm not the first this has happened to. This is my own painful experience and everything I say is the truth, I'm not here to slander or bring about defamation through false views. These are my experiences and the impacts on me to this day. Since this experience I have found severe insecurity in other tenancies, increased anxieties and paranoia. Worried it'll happen all over again. This also ruined any enthusiasm for a holiday I had planned, ruined my Christmas and it took me at least 8 weeks to break free from a constant cycle of melancholy blaming myself for everything and it does not help that the estate agency phoned me up to 2 days before Christmas (1 or 2 days I think, possibly 3) asking me if I knew when I'm going to leave the property which is a rather awful thing to ask given the distress I was going through and so close to Christmas which I wasn't feeling joyous about not even 1% and having asked for an extra 2-3 weeks the landlord said that's fine but any longer and she'd have to take further action! Unbelievable! I didn't deserve an eviction at all and a section 8 route shouldn't have been taken not the false grounds to gain a section 8! If we hadn't asked for that extra time I'd have only had less than 2 weeks but nothing about this was fair or reasonable at all. You didn't act appropriately, only your clients interests were taken care of only. You're selfish, careless, arrogant and ignorant. I've never once said this was the best outcome The landlady claimed she could evict me with a section 8 notice because I possessed anti social behaviour that was likely to pose a risk or nuisance and high disturbance to people around me and that's a load of rubbish and lies. This was unfair. You don't care and nothing will have me believe you! Karma will get you all.

Steve and all other members of the sales team were very professional, advised on the market and where the buyer was likely to come from, organised and attended all viewings, and gave regular feedback to ensure we knew exactly what was happening. A sale was quickly agreed with multiple offers and invaluable advice was provided to ensure we accepted the best for us, not the highest. During the sale Polly progressed everything and dealt with any matters that came up quickly and efficiently, again with excellent feedback.
