GoogleWe went to view a property in Broxbourne, for sale, £500,000.00. The first thing we were greeted with by the estate agent was 'you have 10 minutes'! What? I'm looking to spend up to half a million quid and I have 10 minutes?
We also asked lots of questions about the property. He knew nothing, 'nope, I don't know, I've no idea'. Not even 'let me find out and get back to you'
I can only presume a friend of his was after it and he was determined not to sell it to me!
