Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. We are disappointed to read that you feel we are dishonest and that you were not successful with your offer on the property. When your offer was accepted by the seller, you were asked for certain documents and you were aware that these were required before the property is taken off the market, we understand that you are waiting for your broker. We received another offer which we are legally obliged to submit to the seller and this buyer has submitted their documents, we have spoken to the seller and they have made the decision to chose the buyer who is ready. To note that your comment that we 'accepted the offer and sold to someone else' is not correct as you had not completed the necessary requirements to secure your offer. If we have any other properties you would like to view, please do let us know and we would be happy to help you secure another property.
