We do not have your name on our system and have not had any dealings with yourself and do not believe this to be a genuine review. We are in the process of taking legal action unless this is removed as your comments regarding not passing on offers to a seller is not correct. We understand this relates to a family member/friend who was not successful getting a property they wanted as they did not act in time.

Our Property Management Team and the Landlord took their responsibilities in hand and arranged for works to be repaired, the timescale for this to be able to done was unfortunately due to weather conditions beyond our control. We were aware of the impact of this issue and were in constant contact with the Environmental Health throughout.
