GoogleI have initially bought a property and my seller was using Christopher Stokes as his agent. I was impressed at the time by their professionalism and knowledge and decided to use their services for our sale. Their customer service is second to none, all of the agents are extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We were impressed by the quality of the advert - the pictures, description and plan were all professionally done and this attracted a lot of viewings. The agency was very accommodating with our requests and gave us a realistic sale price and managed our expectations.
We have already recommended Christopher Stokes to our friends and family and I consider them to be by far the best agents in the area. I cannot thank Mario, Steve and Jon enough.

GoogleI wouldn’t usually leave bad reviews, but I am disappointed that because a house has 24 viewings booked they cannot let anyone else view the property. You could potentially be losing Vendors money by refusing further bookings. I could potentially make a higher offer than the others. Vendors should know that they may not be possibly getting the best offer and accepting less for houses if this estate agent is refusing to let anyone else view a property. Amateur. I thought I put this here incase someone considers having their property sold by children.

Since receiving your review we have spoken to the seller of the property we understand you were interested in and they are in agreement that we carry out a certain amount of viewings by holding an open day. On this occasion due to demand they have asked us to carry out two separate days. Should we not achieve a price in these two days that the seller is happy with we will commence with further viewings as is their request and it is not case of refusing to let anyone else view. We must emphasise that we of course do not employ children and find this further comment, on reflection unnecessary in the situation you have kindly taken the time to outline above.
