Special mention to Rebecca, Carmel and especially Holly who went above and beyond with exceptional customer service every step of the way. These girls are worth their weight in gold. GoogleThis is currently our 4th house so not new to the Estate Agent experience, but this one was not great! Do not pay upfront, less stressful if you just burn the £495. Communication was poor and inconsistent; not all staff coming up with same version of information. Only used them as they sold the property in 2019. Wouldn't use again.

GoogleRedbrik were fantastic from beginning to end. There were lots of complications with vendors living abroad, time differences and ex pat mortgages but Redbrik were so supportive and helpful through it all. They were always happy to advise and listen to me moan and throughout it all to keep on moving things forward as quickly as possible.

GoogleFirst class experience and fantastic marketing. We've recently used Redbrik for the sale of our previous house and the whole experience from start to finish was superb. Ross Bateman was great with the first meeting and valuation, and then Thea Cox and Alex Matthews in contact from the office to arrange viewings etc. Would highly recommend.

GoogleAfter two sales and the latter being a most challenging one with a leasehold property , all is now concluded. I have to say holly has persevered with my instructions and been so very professional. Great communication and advice every step. I have every recommendation of this great organisation and their staff and in particular Holly.

GoogleWe are using Redbrick to sell our house. They are fantastic. We are kept up to date and get regular phone calls - better still when they say they'll phone you they do !!! Highly recommended.

GoogleUnfortunately not able to give a positive review when dealing with a purchase through Redbrik. Redbrik could have caused myself and my family major problems by choosing not to disclose vital information on the property. They showed little concern over this. Found the experience stressful, unhelpful and uncaring. Ended up dealing direct with the seller towards the end. Glad it’s over.

FacebookWe sold in a week with Redbrik Tom was fantastic and Emma & Tracey at crystal peaks were amazing keeping us up to date even when the 1st buyers couldn’t but we sold again 2 days later and completed in 7 weeks highly recommend 5 ⭐️
