FacebookArranged a viewing with them wednesday to view a property at 9am this morning, 9.10 my wife rings to query where they were and was told they would find out. Nobody showed, but we got a voicemail saying that we should let THEM know if anybody turns. 45 minutes later we left. Awful.

GoogleFrom valuation to completion, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service, from Redbrik and would highly recommend using the company. Jessica Risorto provided me with the initial valuation and oozed confidence in the selling of my property. However, she didn't stop there. She became my wing-woman; always there for moral support and advice. The photographer produced extremely high quality photographs and the sales brochure was of a brilliant standard. Looking at my property once online, it stood out against similar ones due to the photographs, which truly showcased the best of the property. Chris acted as my sales negotiator and did a fantastic job. He was also always at the end of the phone, giving me updates and providing me with reassurance. My property sold within thirteen days of hitting the market and I am convinced this is due to Redbrik. They are extremely personable, brilliantly encouraging and very hard working. A massive 'Thank You' for making my property sale possible and for giving me such a positive experience.

FacebookWe found all Redbrik staff, from first contact until after completion, very professional, competent and supportive. We were particularly impressed that the photographer came back to take outdoor pictures, following a very wet day originally. They handled the viewings for us seamlessly and feel their methods contributed to our quick sale whilst not being intrusive. We would definitely recommend Redbrik to anyone wanting to sell a property. Reviewed on behalf of the Young family.

GoogleCouldn't have been a worse time to purchase, during a lock down. Also I live 200 miles away from the property. However, the lines of communication were always open and we managed to complete in 12 weeks! Well done all.

GoogleVery hard to get ahold of when needed and it too them 22 hours to get an offer in on a house. I know sometimes things happen but this was not a great experience.
