Abigail especially could not do enough for us and kept us informed every step of the way. Having had a bad experience with other agents we know that our property is in very safe hands with Redbrik.

GoogleRip off company would not recommend to anyone. They lie to you to get a upfront payment but don't refund it if you don't get the house
Thank you for your thoughts Michelle however terms and conditions and processes are set out to potential tenants before any payment is taken. Potential tenants are required to sign and agree to the terms and the only reason a tenancy offer is retracted and monies not refunded is if a potential tenant has not fully declared their personal circumstances.

YellFantastic, highly recommend
Excellent folk. Always respond to emails, call you back when they say they will, take maintenance issues seriously and keep you in the loop if they're waiting for responses from landlords or contractors. Can't recommend them enough and they're miles ahead of the other clowns that take your money and leave you waiting over a week to get your hot water back.
