Extremely unprofessional. No contact regarding whether we were successful or unsuccessful in our application for a house. Still as of now not heard anything. I learned we had not got it due to seeing it taken off rightmove, joke of a company. Would never go through this company again.

FacebookHighly recommend Redbrik. We were first time buyers, looking for quite some time - we kept putting offers in and missing out. Felt like the Redbrik team were really on our side in our search. Once we found our home there were the usual complications and negotiations, we felt incredibly supported as buyers in the situation. They were aware we wanted a quick and straightforward process and they made it happen. Big thanks in particular to Liz Wheelhouse.

Even 1 star is far too much for them. Promised premium listings and video walk throughs, plans incorrect, description written by a 4 year old and missing critical information. I had to write my own. Asked them to modify listing never done. Office extremely slow at replying to emails, or just never reply.Final straw, I had to chase up viewers myself as they couldn't be bothered.Waste of time, waste of money.

We cannot fault the Redbrik Chesterfield employees for their friendliness, communication and hard work. House moving is terribly stressful but we always felt better when we got off the phone after chatting things over with Laura Molloy and her colleagues. Thank you so much everyone. FacebookWe have recently sold our property on Dobcroft Road with Redbrik, I cannot recommend them enough. Following this success I have put another property up for sale with them, fingers crossed we sold within a week again. Vicki who we dealt with throughout the process was exception to say the least. I would not consider anyone else.

Four attempts to buy properties resulted in Redbrik using our bid to lever more from the other offers, totally unprofessional in my opinion, seem to favour offers from first time buyers. I certainly would not use them.
