If you are looking to buy, avoid them. We are SSTC and ready to go. We spotted a beautiful property last weekend, called for a viewing and was told it's launching Thursday 12th Aug, you'll have the first viewing at 1pm.Today (they call Wed 11th) and tell me it's sold. I ask why. Because they arranged a viewing prior to the launch date. Wow.Launch date means nothing. Avoid. Unless you want to be really disappointed :(So sad.

Redbrick crystal peaks offer an appalling service, June ....? who dealt with our purchase didn't have a clue about the sale! She was rude, arrogant and offered a very unhelpful and unfriendly service. She continually lied and colluded with the seller and their appointed solicitors?

House Sellers Beware!

Lettings fee ban brings cheer to tenants, but Redbrik, believe it or not, charges £175 +VAT (= £210) as a set up fee for house sellers. I recently spoke to them because I was interested in selling a house valued at £100K. They told me that for a house of that value, the fee would be £1,450 + VAT (= £1,740) BUT from the 1st July 2019 it would be £1,750 + VAT (= £ 2100). Thy even said that they thought it was a competitive and fair price! Is this some kind of a joke? I shall definitely not use these excessively expensive estate agent.Indeed, it's about time the government did something about the excessive charges that some estate agents make.

From valuation to completion, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service, from Redbrik and would highly recommend using the company. Jessica Risorto provided me with the initial valuation and oozed confidence in the selling of my property. However, she didn't stop there. She became my wing-woman; always there for moral support and advice. The photographer produced extremely high quality photographs and the sales brochure was of a brilliant standard. Looking at my property once online, it stood out against similar ones due to the photographs, which truly showcased the best of the property. Chris acted as my sales negotiator and did a fantastic job. He was also always at the end of the phone, giving me updates and providing me with reassurance. My property sold within thirteen days of hitting the market and I am convinced this is due to Redbrik. They are extremely personable, brilliantly encouraging and very hard working. A massive 'Thank You' for making my property sale possible and for giving me such a positive experience.

We were particularly impressed that the photographer came back to take outdoor pictures, following a very wet day originally. They handled the viewings for us seamlessly and feel their methods contributed to our quick sale whilst not being intrusive.
