Absolutely unreliable

Absolutely unreliable, unprofessional and rude. My viewing was cancelled after I had already spent over £50 in train tickets to go see the property and took the day off. The appointment was booked the week before. I understand the offers received might have been higher than mine, but at least they could have waited for me to view the property and decide whether to increase my offer.

Me and my wife have Just Completed a purchase of a new home through Redbrik at the Chesterfield branchWe have had specific needs and so have been searching for a few years. Within this time I’ve met the viewing team numerous times at various properties and each time have been greeted with the same enthusiasm and support.Finally we have got what we desired and thanks to the Redbrik team they have made the purchase process great and stress free with constant updates . Got the job done on behalf of the seller but the secure move process is just a money-making add on for the agent. If this were a deposit then it should be refundable on completion as the searches these come with are only worth a fraction of this.

I can’t recommend Redbrik enough they really know there stuff when it comes to selling houses, there were many of times I would communicate with Hannah our valuer on email out of hours, Emily the sales manager was a great help too dealing with any requests promptly. We moved our property over to them after having it with a local small independent estate agent for several weeks with no luck. Feeling the property just needed to be marketed better Redbrik came up trumps on that the photos were great, sponsored adverts the works which led to an offer within a couple of weeks. I can’t recommend them enough thanks for all your help ladies

They Don't Listen

Almost impossible to communicate with them. Told them I can't meet till after 5 next email I get is can you do between 3 and 4. Last I checked that was before 5. Constantly no communication from them. After asking them to email as opposed to call me multiple times they still ring me repeatedly during the day which I can't answer as I'm at work. Avoid at all costs they just do not listen.

This is currently our 4th house so not new to the Estate Agent experience, but this one was not great! Do not pay upfront, less stressful if you just burn the £495. Communication was poor and inconsistent; not all staff coming up with same version of information. Only used them as they sold the property in 2019. Wouldn't use again.
