GoogleWould not recommend, try to fleece you out of any money they can through fees. There is better agencies out there. Cannot wait till the new laws come in stating that no agency fees can be applied.

GoogleI've had a rocky start with pinewood but in the last year or so they have been brilliant and helpful customer service has massively improved dont know if its coz they don't do inspection anymore so I'm know longer stressed with that
Emma, we are astounded that you feel the way you do, after the accurate and very helpful advice we gave you regarding the issue with your dripping boiler. When everyone was having a difficult time getting around, and contractors were battling through the snow to get to those with no heating at all, you felt it ok to shout and swear at our staff that were trying to help you with the small dripping leak that you had under your boiler. What has shocked us is that you were happy with us in the end after receiving our advice, along with the fact that we managed to get you a contractor to attend the very next morning. We feel disappointed that you feel this way and would welcome a meeting to discuss why you feel the way you do. Regards Pinewood.
