GoogleI found Hayley at the Chesterfield branch to be extremely helpful & professional. Her communication skills were superb. I have bought & sold via many other agents & sometimes its like pulling teeth. All our dealings were open, positive & productive. The only thing that is lacking is a branch in Sheffield. I wish all agents worked in this way.
Thanks Josee for the great review

GooglePinewood have managed our property for almost two years and overall we have been very pleased with the service we have received. When problems have been reported by the tenants, Pinewood have informed us immediately and the Maintenance department have always been very quick to offer advice and rectify the issues. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and in our experience we feel they provide a fair and unbiased service to both tenants and landlords.
thank you for you review and we are pleased that you have been happy with the service you have received from Pinewood Lettings. Did you know that we are offering a £50 cash back reward to anyone who recommends us to a landlord, the £50 is payable upon the successful let of the property and is paid on each property that the landlord brings to us. Thank you again.

GoogleSo today I signed the contract on my new property, yes there were some teething problems on the viewing but the agent arranged to meet me again a couple of hours later and was so helpful and I can't fault him or the agency for the teething problems. Today the service was very professional and thorough when handing the keys over. Thanks Pinewood and keep up the good work 👍🏻

GoogleThe purchase was a prolonged process owing to probate and our vendor's incompetent solicitors (They lost the deeds, didn't action things when necessary, lost meter readings, the list goes on). However; Abbie at Pinewood kept on the case, pushing solicitors and contacting us every day - more if necessary. We highly recommend their services.
Thanks for the lovely review.

GoogleI have had a good experience with Pinewood Properties, with their fast response to queries and in dealing with maintenance issues. When I had a kitchen plumbing problem they very quickly set up a date and time that suited me, with the maintenance team that came and sorted the issue easily and safely, specifically in relation to COVID regulations.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality

Jo was persistent in chasing the tenant, and helped sort the issue for us, even after the tenant sent a wrong photograph of the existing consumer unit, for us to verify which one existed in the property for the electrician.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAs a landlord -- Pinewood are the best in Chesterfield, and I tried a couple. I have rented two of my properties via Pinewood for over 10 years.
