We are sorry you feel the way you do but unfortunately in lettings access is sometime denied at the very last minute by a sitting tenant, which is of course very frustrating for all parties, including the landlord and ourselves, it is however totally out of anyone’s control. You suggest that people should not waste their time and their money, we would like to say no money is ever taken from anyone just wanting to view a property.
