I am sorry to read your review, I have checked you card and I can see that you booked to view a property that had to be cancelled but you have then booked to view again and this time you confirmed the appointment in the morning but then you did not show up, leaving our viewer standing outside so I am a little confused by the review above. I would love the chance to discuss it with you and hopefully we can resolve the issue you have. Please contact me at stacey@pinewoodlettings.co.uk.

GoogleNot a great letting agency truth be told, the woman who showed us around a private rented property today had an half arsed attitude, luckily we weren't interested as the fees were way to much, then checks on the property a few hours later for it to say let agreed. Very fishy indeed, shall not be using this agency again!

GoogleAbsolutely rubbish service as a tenant, can't go on enough about how poor their customer service is. After moving out because of issues in the property the response to the complaint after has been shocking, dragged out and they only respond when you badger them to! Do not rent a property managed by Pinewood!
