Well, I’m an Idiot ! Me thinking dealing with private sale public was ok, sold my property 4 times then let down stressed ,time wasters and out of pocket !Then Decided to go for auction with Auctionhouse.co.uk dealt with Mark Upston appraised the building got the price bang on only 2 weeks advertising SOLD ! Met my reserve and Dealt with everything . 28 day complete .Very happy bunny they are experts & total professional outfit Thankyou

I bought I property through AHWY in Dec 2022. Easy viewing with helpful viewer. Good communication with AHWY office staff in the run up to auction to try to make an offer prior to auction (which didn’t get accepted). The house was taken to the room and luckily I was the successful bidder. The team were quick to confirm exchange, take payment and issue documents so that conveyancing could start as it only had a 14 day completion. I prefer AHWY to many of the other national auction houses as they really know the area, communicate well and don’t tend to allow ridiculous additional fees, although this property did come with £3k of extras by the time I’d paid a buyer premium, a buyer fee and the seller’s search costs, then add auction fee, stamp duty and legal costs! But this is always clearly listed out in the legal packs. Thanks AHWY for a great service, i would highly recommend.

A good experience all the way from valuation to sale. Chris clearly really understood our market and guided us throughout the process of selling via auction which we had no experience of, with lots of help and advice. We felt like we were in good hands, had great support from the whole team and a really positive experience all round with a good sale.Its nice to deal with a business that makes customers feel valued and focuses on service - we don't see enough of it these days!

Fantastic experience - our first time at auction and we came away with two properties. The agents were very friendly and helpful, viewings were a breeze. The bidding registration process was simple and bidding online was easy - though agents were very happy to offer telephone bidding if needed. We received a memorandum of sale instantly after payment and everything has been smooth. I thoroughly enjoyed our auction experience and hope to bid again in future auctions.
