As a landlord I have used swetenhams twice to let my city centre apartment and must say Greg and Katie work really hard and are very focused on providing great customer service by keeping me up dated wth viewing, leads and converting into a let very swiftly and professionally. Thanks for all your hard work over the last few weeks from one let finishing and a new one starting as well as turning a deep clean around in a few hours ready for new tenants to move in, you should be really proud of your hard work and dedication as your efforts have made my life so much easier.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Very keen at the beginning then not answering emails or returning phone calls. The manager Nicola being the worst even when i was returning a call from her. She seemed to be in a meeting at all times!

Dreadful avoid. They just want a quick sell

Dreadful. Wind you in with their extras. Want you to pay for pay for the conveyancing before property is listed. And the solicitors really harass. The people in office actually have a personal opinion of the property. Zero communication. Vendors arrive and you are not informed. Avoid at costs

I recently rented a property through Swetenhams Chester and my experience was nothing but positive. Jack Royle, in the lettings department, was amazing throughout the process. He was friendly, approachable, and kept me up to speed with updates in the application process which made it stress-free. I highly recommend this estate agents and I would definitely use them again in future.

Very poor. Booked an appointment for Monday 9th and a representative rang me on Friday 6th asking are we still on for 5pm. I later rang them and was told they had no record of my appointment. Very disappointed

Would definitely recommend, me and my partner had a very positive experience dealing with swetenhams who sorted out the mortgage on our first house together. We had a very tough case with us both being self employed however Gary managed to get us a very good Mortgage deal and we will soon be moving in! Very pleased!
