GoogleBuyers beware! Terrible experience purchasing a property. On completion day Swetenhams weren't able to get a hold of my vendor so just gave me their number, literally told me to sort it out myself and closed the office. I was left to try to get my new property keys from a disgruntled seller who simply refused to meet me to give me my keys. 1 star truly is an understatement.

GoogleHad a very negative experience with the Mortgage Advisor Charles who constantly made errors in the mortgage application process. I asked for a 30 year 5 year fixed mortgage and it took 3 attempts to get him to give me the correct mortgage. Left him so many calls and hardly ever got back to me. Constantly trying to avoid me and then charged me a Β£99 sweetenhams fee even though he told me there would be no charge. Would not recommend.

GoogleBetween them Thayf, Jack & Fraser have helped us with everything to do with our recent move and have been an absolute please to deal with. Jack, I believe was fairly new and was so helpful and professional. Thayf and Fraser helped with the application and made sure we were kept up to date and in the loop every step of the way and answered any questions needed. GoogleThe most unprofessional service ever. The letting team had no idea if what they were doing. They took no responsibility for mistakes made and openly blamed each other, the company's second branch and us! They offered no appolog and offered us the option of taking the tenants they'd vetted to court at our expense! No world to describe this shambolic behaviour.

GoogleAbsolutely awful. During a recent purchase. No returned calls or Emails. Or even answers to offers put in on properties. Also not forwarding paperwork as they are supposed to or even knowing the sales procedure on our type of property. I would advise anyone to avoid until drastic changes are made. These errors kept occurring even after we complained. They didn't have any interest at All. It got so bad I considered not even buying the property and pulling out. In the end did most of work myself to get it through. Bad.

GoogleSwetenhams were very good and very fast in setting up the viewing and quick to respond to any queries for the credit check. We were able to move in on the day we were hoping for because of this. The only small criticism we have was with the Tili system to set up bills. It was useful to have this but some of the bills got a bit mixed up so we had to fix them later.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleFraser Purell and Swetenhams Estate agents assisted me to no end when it came to sorting out a flat to let in Hoole,Chester. I couldn't ask for better service and assistance. Having been let down by multiple agencies in my quest for a nice place to live, scruffy dudes in tracksuits and some questionable accommodations. Fraser turns up in a Suave suit and saves the day with a beautiful apartment far nicer than any I had viewed and offered previously. Fantastic and would recommend to anybody

GoogleAs a landlord I have used swetenhams twice to let my city centre apartment and must say Greg and Katie work really hard and are very focused on providing great customer service by keeping me up dated wth viewing, leads and converting into a let very swiftly and professionally. Thanks for all your hard work over the last few weeks from one let finishing and a new one starting as well as turning a deep clean around in a few hours ready for new tenants to move in, you should be really proud of your hard work and dedication as your efforts have made my life so much easier.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible customer service. Very keen at the beginning then not answering emails or returning phone calls. The manager Nicola being the worst even when i was returning a call from her. She seemed to be in a meeting at all times!
