Hi, the only Saleem Aslam we have on record was abuyer registered to the auction for 56 Southampton Street, Bradford? The property sold for £48K after being listed at a guide of £25K and your last message was this bid was too high for you. Not sure why this would cause an upset for you to make sharp review? They did sell my house which was great, but the communication between all parties was really poor and became quite stressfull

I take on board your comments, but your sale was somewhat complicated as you were in a chain and purchasing an onward property with the help of another solicitor. Our buyer for your property was able to complete sooner than your onward purchase was ready, but we could have coordinated matters more efficiently in the final week. I found this agent on line and decided to use to sell my property, there were very professional and quickly found buyers for the property. How ever a number of deals fell through no fault of the agent, but finally a sale was agreed,I would use them again and would recommend.
