GoogleVicky was excellent at keeping me informed about properties coming to market that I may have been interested in. She frequently touched base with me to check if I was still looking and if any of my requirements for the property I was looking for had changed. Vicky patiently showed me round many properties until I found the one I wanted! I know how much effort Vicky put into finding me a property to purchase so I would definitely recommend her to sell a property.

GoogleThe team at the Chester Lower Bridge St. office are brilliant. Whilst trying to find a place to rent for the first time in Chester they were engaged straight away, found us plenty of options to look at, and worked us quickly through the whole process to enable us to move into our chosen property as quickly as possible. Since then, we have had a couple of issues with a big leak in the bathroom. As soon as we reported it they reacted straight away, getting an excellent plumber out on the same day, and worked with us and the landlord to get repairs to the plumbing, shower and flooring done as quickly as possible. When you don't own the property you're living in, it complicates things when inevitably something goes wrong, but the team at Leaders have been a great help throughout. Many thanks to Emily, Emma, Fran, Karen, Mel, Simon and Helen. Can't recommend them enough.

GoogleI have been really impressed with the team in Chester. Myself and my partner viewed a property last week and loved it, so we put in an application. Ever since we have had fantastic communication from the team, during a very unusual and stressful time for everyone. A massive thank you to Emma, who really went above and beyond to sort things out for our tenancy to begin (and replied very promptly to my panicked emails!) and also to Fran who made the collection of our keys very easy. Really friendly and helpful team - we are very happy to know our property will be managed by Leaders.

GoogleI am an oversea landlord and in August 2017 I entrusted Leaders to rent out my property in Chester largely because of the excellent service quality provided by Simon Jones and his team. They gave me many good advice, helped me to put up the property in the market and found a tenant very quickly. In the past two years, all my request have been dealt with promptly by Simon and his team at their Chester branch office and my heart is completely at ease despite I am living far way from UK.

However I am leaving a 5 star review due to having the pleasure of dealing with Hannah Nuckley who is superb. GoogleWorst estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t seem to know what they’re doing, don’t check the facts or terms in their own tenancy agreements. Always side with landlords and have no common courtesy or understanding of the tenants. Forever having to chase them or get in touch with them for information. Yet they’re the first to get in touch with you if it involves more money for them - avoid Leaders.
