GoogleCan't recommend the team enough. Several years with the rental team looking after us. They were always friendly and easy to deal with. More recently dealing with the sales team, the staff were always on top of their game, chasing information and following up details, when we couldn't. Renting and then selling a house from abroad was made easy by the Leaders team. I wouldn't hesitate in sharing my experiences with others looking for a friendly local agent.

GoogleVery disappointed with all their fees. It's a robbery in a day light! Don't dare to move out and request references...you will be charged for that Β£30 per person or they won't release it. Can you believe????? Never seen anything like it. Robbery!

GoogleWonderful and helpful staff. Renting out my flat was extremely easy. I know it had a few issues that needed to be addressed before it could be rented. Fran and Karen addresses all the issues and Mel and Joanne set about fixing them with the help of the contracting teams they have working for them. I am now getting the best rental price and have no concerns moving forward. Thank you everyone.

GoogleLeaders sold my property towards the end of 2018. Initially, communication & attention to detail was lacking. However, all the team were friendly and helpful and ironed out initial issues. Very supportive during final stages of sale going through.

GooglePossibly the worst letting agent I have come across so far (and moving around the country, I have had to deal with quite a few). The lack of communication is simply appalling. On phone calls they will not provide and answer/information, asking to email them just so they can ignore all the emails! We received all kind of wrong information when moved in and unfortunately have never received a straightforward answer.
