GoogleMy first experience and have now been with then for 18 months. From the beginning it has been a fabulous level of service, friendly and helpful staff who were very patient and explained everything very clearly. After a recent inspection I pointed a few minor maintenance issues which were sorted by Kevin with a week. Brilliant- would highly recommend.

GoogleExtremely helpful and friendly staff. Outstanding customer service! They promised that I could pick up the keys to my new place on Friday however there was an issue with my deposit being sent across. Several of the members of staff waited until after hours to resolve the issue for me and I was able to collect my keys as promised!

Hi Dan, we're really sorry to hear that you've been dissatisfied with us as a result of the deposit release process. For the sake of clarity we hold the deposit as Stakeholder for the duration of the Tenancy as instructed to by the Landlord, due to our position as Stakeholder this means the deposit cannot be released without the written consent of both parties. The proposed deductions that have been put forward were done so on behalf of the Landlord and were calculated from quotes obtained for the works after comparing the inventory report conducted at the beginning of the Tenancy with the check-out report produced at the end of the tenancy; this report identified several items which were deemed to fall under the responsibility of yourself as a tenant. Having had the opportunity to discuss your comments with the team in Chester they have advised that you initially agreed to the responsibility for the cleaning when the check-out report was conducted but have since reneged on this. We will continue to attempt to negotiate the proposed deductions wherever possible but if you do not wish to agree to the proposed deductions that have been put forward then you’re able to raise a dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) using the details on your Tenancy Deposit Protection Certificate, if a dispute is raised the TDS will then impartially adjudicate over the release of the deposit; it can be noted that tenants only have a 90 period after the end of the Tenancy to raise a dispute and therefore if you wish to do this we would recommend doing so at the earliest opportunity. We’d like to offer our apologies for any disappointment caused and that you feel the service you’ve received hasn’t been up to the high standards expected. Always impressive from the initial viewing through to the return of a deposit at the end of the tenancy, impecable customer service.
