GoogleThis letting agent is completely incompetent, terrible service, they haven't got a clue what they are doing. They do not return deposits in a timely fashion and make no apologies for this. Every agreement they send to be signed is incorrect. I have never actually dealt with such an incapable firm before.... stay clear and don't waste your money on such terrible service.

GoogleVery poor communication and customer service. Jayne the assistant manager unable to provide clear details on why Leaders has provided property to persons not named on the tenancy agreement. Paid for fully managed service and Leaders did not even notify council and energy providers of new tenant. Keep away, there are plenty of estate agents offering a much better service in the area.

First property was not for me but it was no bother for her to pop back to the office and get keys for other houses that she thought I would like. Cheery the whole time making the whole experience fun. She is a credit to the company.
