GoogleI rang the office asking for details of property the assistant said all sales were engaged that they would ring me back no return call so rang back asked for the details to be emailed they said they would send right away, hours later still no email or phone call. Why do we pay them to sell houses I have no idea.

GoogleSellers beware..... As a buyer I tried 5 times in 2 weeks to make a booking on 6 Abbots Grange Chester. 2 emails, 2 calls and enquiry on rightmove etc. With still no luck. Terrible service. They are clearly over subscribed with properties to sell and not enough staff to manage all enquiries well and get people in for viewings!!

With any viewing request we do our upmost to accommodate your dates and times, of course we have to liaise with our vendor and have to depend on their availability and schedule. I am sorry to hear you have been unsuccessful with your request our vendor has been away and it has been difficult to make contact.

As you are aware we were informed following your viewing that the property needed to much work and that it was not of interest. You then sent an email in on 12th of February, unfortunately you email was not picked up and for this I apologise. However this was the only email I received from yourself. We then spoke on the 18th and discussed the property further, I explained that a sale had been agreed (prior to your email and not the sale you initially asked about) for greater than the asking price. You then stated that you would not be wishing to discuss it further as this is far more than you thought the property was worth. Unfortunately the housing market in Chester does move at a rapid pace and on many occasions we exceed asking prices. We were involved in a purchase that required transatlantic communications, sensitive probate issues, and complex legal negotiations, all against a very tight time schedule. I believe that his ability to mediate and negotiate these complex issues made us realise the importance of having an actual real person to deal with when things get difficult , as they so often do with house purchases. I am surprised you had no success in reaching us initially, for the rare occasion we can not answer a call we have a remote telephoning answering service who will take a message and pass it to the most appropriate person.
As you may note the team member you spoke was not part of the lettings team therefore was only able to take a message and arrange for a callback.
