From the first contact to the last contact Andy Smith and Donna Robinson offered me a brilliant service and constantly kept me informed throughout the sale of my flat Every time I spoke to them I received a very friendly and professional reply It was an extremely frustrating drawn out process at times but they both just battled through going far beyond what I would have expected which resulted in an excellent conclusion I would highly recommend them to anyone selling/buying a home and will definitely use them again! I wouldn’t even give these people a one star but there is nothing lower. My daughter and partner were trying to rent a house with them. They were treated terrible. They provided everything that was asked, still lost the house through awful communication and awful customer service. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.

Brilliant experience using Humphreys for the sale of our home. We were impressed with the marketing, especially the professional photographer and use of a drone for the advert. They were quick to arrange viewings and were flexible with times for us. Once we found a buyer, David in particular was extremely helpful and knowledge. I rang the office asking for details of property the assistant said all sales were engaged that they would ring me back no return call so rang back asked for the details to be emailed they said they would send right away, hours later still no email or phone call. Why do we pay them to sell houses I have no idea.
