GoogleI would recommend Humphreys to everyone! They are an incredibly professional, efficient and friendly company who help to make the experience of selling a house as manageable as possible. Every member of staff that I have dealt with from Day 1 have been incredibly helpful, showing high levels of empathy and excellent communication. The process was stressful for me at times due to factors unrelated to Humphreys however David and the team made sure that they supported me every step of the way, keeping me fully informed and were the calm stability that helped me through. I will never hesitate to use Humphreys again in the future and can't thank them enough!

GoogleI cannot speak more highly of Humphreys in Chester. After many years of using every single estate agent in Chester for various viewings, purchases and sales, Humphreys are the only Estate Agent I would recommend. In particular David who did an exceptional job of keeping me in the loop during a sale without ever having to be chased for information. Like most people, I have always struggled with Estate agents but Humphreys are without question the exception to the rule.

GoogleDavid and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with from Start to finish . My elderly parents bought a bungalow in Broughton, they moved over from Ireland so we had to fly over a few times to tie things up and Each time we requested a viewing it was never an issue, all questions and requests were handled quickly, courteously and professionally. I canβt thank them enough for making it as stress feee as possible. A very professional team and I canβt rate them highly enough. 10/10, thank you David and team!! ππ»

GoogleI sold a house through this agency. It was very slow and protracted . They never kept me abreast with the buyers or their solicitors requirements. They talk a good talk, and have a lot of polish but very little substance. I strongly regret wasting time selling through this agency, particularly for their higher than average fees.

FacebookIβd like to take the opportunity to thank Katie and Andy in particular along with the rest of the team at Humphreys for all their help and support with the sale of our first home on Kirkwood Close. Andy and Katie always went out of their way for my husband and I to ensure the sale was as stress free as possible, providing reassurance and regular updates throughout the whole process, something of which I am truly greatful for. Moving house alone is stressful enough without there being an ongoing pandemic and heavily pregnant, so they really pulled out all the stops to ensure things ticked along smoothly. I was particularly impressed with the way Humphreys marketed our property and the quality of photographs taken in preparation for our listing. I believe Humphreys have the best and most current marketing tools out there to sell a property and since selling our own home theyβve marketed and SOLD 4/5 other properties on the same close within days/weeks of each other. Some of which properties were on the market with other Chester Estate Agents for months prior! Based on my honest opinion, Humphreys are the best and only Estate Agents that I would use or recommend to potential buyer/sellers in and around Chester, as buying through the company was a fantastic experience, professional and the service was second to none! From the initial valuation, to the pictures of my house, the viewings and then the sale, I have experienced incredible service. They sold my house in two days! Every staff member I have dealt with has been professional and incredibly helpful. In particular Sam, Katie and Andy. They keep you up to date constantly, and are more than happy to help with questions and queries. GoogleThe most sloppy hand over ive known. I bought a flat through them. They werent interested in any formal handover. Thought i was being awkward asking for a mail box key. Take buyers for granted. Worse service ive known Avoid+++Avoid+++Avoid. Buying through these guys.
