GoogleHumphreys’ service is exceptional. We had both Georgia and Holly helping us through the letting process and we really appreciated their efforts. Their communication and planning was very clear and efficient. Property searching can be stressful but we felt Humphreys made it an enjoyable experience.

FacebookI had an appointment to view a property at 1pm today however the Humphries representative didn’t arrive/show up I had prearranged the appointment earlier in the week. I was outside the property at 1pm today and phoned Humphreys to find out where their representative was I was told there had been a diary mix up? #reallypoorcustomerservice

GoogleMade 2 enquiries via Rightmove requesting to view a property. Absolutely no response. I telephoned their office directly after hearing nothing from them. It turns out the property is sold subject to contract. This lack if communication is bad for both prospective purchaser and vendor. Other agencies much more 'on thd ball'.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleStaff are lovely but standard letting agent issues i.e quick and efficient when it comes to inspections and getting Money out of you, slow and frustrating when dealing with issues which will cost them money or time. Systems don't seem too joined up.

GoogleWhat a great company, I bought my last house from HOC, the staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough for me. Helped me sort out a few issues with the previous owners. The stresses with moving were simply removed, they kept me informed from start to finish. Highly recommend ed. excellent service
