Mr Reading, I have tried to contact your wife in order to discuss the viewing last week but have yet to speak. I apologise for the fact you were not able to view the property last Friday. Unfortunately with you running late to the appointment we would not have had time to conduct your viewing without being late for the following viewing. This in turn has a domino effect and would make my colleague late for her on going appointments. My colleague did explain that there was not adequate time to fully appreciate the property and that we would happily rebook the appointment for you. We have to keep to our allocated times as best we can, it would not have been fair if we were late for the people waiting at other properties.
