GoogleWe chose Homesale to sell our home as we already use their sister company Homelet to manage our rentals and have always been impressed with the service. The sales process has been equally impressive, focus on Customer service, responsiveness and attention to detail ensured a high quality experience. Homesale sold our property earlier this year and from the initial appointment with Ashley to discuss market price, creation of the marketing materials through to the completion of the sale the service has been superb. We sold at the start of the first lockdown which presented everyone with new challenges, all of which were handled professionally by the Homesale team. GoogleBy far the best estate agents in Chester. The initial reason I choose these guys was down to viewing numerous properties to which a couple were with Ashley and out of all the estate agents and viewings I found Ashley to be the only one that was super friendly, knowledgeable and on the ball! The rest were mostly useless, sat in there car reading the paper or didn't have any answers to my questions. This then gave me the confidence to choose them in selling my house. I was blown away how good they were when I sold my property within 3 days of going on the market. Ella, Meg and the rest of the girls in the office dealt with the whole process extremely efficiently and I can't thank them enough. Will 100% go back to them for any future sales or lettings.

I deal mostly with Meg Wilson who I can honestly say , is an absolute gem and has been very understanding of my situation, always sunny in her disposition and very professional. GoogleJust bought my first property through Homesale and they have been amazing. I’ve been speaking to Ashley throughout the sale and he was really supportive and knowledgeable through every step of the process. He was really accommodating and went out of his way to make sure I could visit the property whenever I was able to get to Chester. He was really friendly, kind and supported me through lots of aspects of the process of buying my first home. He made sure I was aware of each stage of the process and what would happen next. He also communicated any messages between the seller and myself really quickly and accurately. Definitely going to be recommending homesale to people going forwards, and specifically Ashley for his great customer service throughout!

GoogleIt was a joy to work with everyone at Currans who were very professional at every step of the way in completing a short term rental for our home. They were also excellent at handling some last-minute issues we encountered (landlord caused!!??) It was a 5-star performance, and we will definitely be using Currans again and would recommend them to anyone looking to let their property
