GoogleHomesale, in particular Ashley, have been excellent all the way through the process of our purchase which completed in Jan 2020. With what was always going to be an extended purchase, Ashley kept us informed all the way through, and even recovered additional keys from the vendor a week after completion. Would highly recommend buying through Homesale without any hesitation.

GoogleIf you want to use an estate agent who really tries to sell your home then Currans are the team to choose. We had three estate agents over a period exceding two years (Covid lockdowns causing problems) before we found Currans. The traditional approach used is to post the details on sites like Rightmove and hope the house sells itself. Not with Currans, they use every possible route to finding potential buyers. Having found them, they arrange viewings in the most professional manner and insist on their personnel having the direct contact with buyers. When viable offers are posted, they advise on the most likely to lead to a sale. Brilliant, and that does not even mention the excellent preparation before listing the home for sale (photographs, background information, local amenities etc.) and the office team who have specific roles and make it all work so smoothly.
