GoogleWe have recently sold our house through Currans and we can’t praise them highly enough. The online house photos, video and details were all excellent. Ashley and the team dealt with everything very professionally. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the years and can say without a doubt that Currans have been the best estate agents. Our only regret is that we have moved out of the area and can’t use them next time!

GoogleI’m currently renting with Currans and I couldn’t be happier. The viewing process was quick and efficient - they even accommodated my working schedule and arranged a late viewing. Sophie is keeping me posted on any maintenance works that have to be carried out, minor issues I genuinely don’t mind are getting fixed! When I first viewed the property I saw a mouldy seal around the bathtub and I didn’t think much of it aside from that I’d fix it myself. Come moving day, it’s actually already been replaced! GoogleI have recently bought a house which I plan to rent with Curran’s providing a fully managed service. I cannot recommend Curran’s too highly. Throughout I have had an excellent experience with all of the staff who I have spoken with. Everyone has been incredibly supportive, helpful, reassuring, professional and responsive. GoogleI've known Ash for many years having sold my first house with him, back in 2016 when he was at another local firm. I contacted Ash about a valuation for our house and got it on the market with Currans fairly quickly. The house went on the market in February and we had a sale agreed in mid/late April. The whole team have been great when we've needed them and the dedicated WhatsApp group they set up was a nice touch and good way of keeping up to date with the ongoings around my property. Interest had naturally dried up slightly as time went on, which is when I got a phone call from Meg late on a Friday afternoon who advised me that it might be sensible to drop the price slightly to engage more interest, as well as a fresh batch of social media posts to generate engagement. We then got some interest the following Monday and had agreed an offer by Wednesday for just below the original asking price! At a time when we were nervous to drop the price too much, we trusted the professionals and it was fantastic advice. We were very happy with the service we received from Ash, Meg & the wider Currans team and would recommend their services to others.

From the very start of my tenancy process helping me with special adjustments to the very end assisting me with the notice process and everything in-between. I was dealt with by several different member of staff over the course of my tenancy and each one provided exceptional and professional customer service- nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to help. And above most very efficient and reliable! Leaps and bounds better than any other lettings agency I've ever been with. GoogleI dealt with Lucy at Homelet for over two years, the house I rented ended up needing a new roof and a few other things, just one of those things! Lucy helped with everything like organising the tradesmen, checking in on me to make sure work was being done, there was a lot going on with the house at one point but Lucy never avoided any issues, was very on the ball with everything along with being professional and supportive throughout. GoogleLuckily for me, someone recommended this company to me, since I'd had a bad experience with my previous agent and was very keen to find an agency I could work with, and trust in. I was delighted therefore, to discover that Currans (Homelet) are completely different to my previous bad experience...in fact, the polar opposite!!! I met Sophie first, who arrived at my little property completely armed with all the knowledge she needed, and was absolutely delighted with the offer to manage the new lease and everything else for me as far as a new tenant was concerned. Sophie's professionalism was such a refreshing change to my previous experience...and once I signed up with this company I have had nothing but the BEST assistance and support, which has been prompt, thorough, transparent and extremely professional. It is quite clear to me that this company takes on only the best possible people to train and represent their image. The whole experience of dealing with Sophie, Lucy and Cat has been nothing short of fantastic, because every member of this team is outstandingly efficient, helpful, charming and friendly.
