GoogleRichard has been great at getting our house sold in a sensible time frame. A local estate agent with fantastic knowledge of Chester and the housing market was key in helping us sell our house. We found Richard to be extremely professional when dealing with ourselves and always acted on any instruction/question really quickly and always got back to us with a sensible answer. I would 100% recommend Richard and Fearnalls to anybody looking to sell their house.

I had great service from the team at Fearnall's, from the initial valuation visit through to completion. I not only received sound advice but great, friendly customer service throughout (including post-completion details like collecting and forwarding important mail that arrived before my postal redirect service kicked in!). I felt informed throughout, and all correspondence felt friendly and personal as well as professional. This was the first time I had used Fearnall's but I can honesty and whole-heartedly recommend them!

The sale proved to be difficult with buyers dropping out and then the Truss budget disaster. Throughout Richard kept going and provided a calming presence when we were getting very stressed. The completion happened very quickly and Richard was on hand to help us through that. I would highly recommend Fernalls.
