Tom carried out the initial viewing and was accomodating and friendly, followed by Richard who dealt with negotiations, using his wealth of experience .We then mainly dealt with James , who was newly in post on the Sales Progression side . James was so approachable, easy to talk to and reliable, always following up queries with us. GoogleSorry it’s taken me a while to write this, but I honestly can’t thank Fearnalls enough for how they handled my house sale. Estate agents sometimes get a bad name, but that definitely doesn’t apply here. They were honest, straightforward, and genuinely on my side throughout the whole process.
Richard was fantastic, so professional and clearly experienced, and Tom did a brilliant job with the photos and viewings. I was over the moon to get an offer after the very first viewing. The house ended up being really popular and it went over asking, much to my delight and surprise.
If I ever move again, I wouldn’t think twice about going back to Fearnalls.

We're sorry that the final stages of the transaction left you feeling frustrated and under pressure. We completely appreciate how difficult it is when exchange is delayed, particularly when you are trying to organise removals and the practicalities of moving.
The timing of the exchange was ultimately dependent upon the buyers’ solicitor and the receipt of their LISA funds, which was outside of our control. Throughout the process, we were in regular contact with the solicitors and passed on the exact updates made available to us as we received them. We appreciate, though, that from your perspective, the repeated uncertainty around when exchange would take place was frustrating.
Whilst estate agents are not privy to specific legal banking schedules, we always strive to bridge the gap as best we can during the often challenging final stages of a sale.

Our interactions with Fearnalls throughout the purchase were limited as we mainly dealt with our solicitor however, as and when we needed Fearnall’s assistance, they were helpful and responsive. The moving in box that we were given when picking up the keys was a nice touch and much appreciated.
