I had a great experience selling my home with Tom and Richard, we had some bumps in the road with a couple of sales falling through (no fault from them at all) but every time after they have managed to find new buyers very quickly with years of experience. I would highly recommend using Fearnalls Estate Agents and I would not hesitate to use them again if I happen to sell another home.

Update: I’m not on your database, Richard, as it is my partner that has registered with yourselves. However, it doesn’t surprise me that you are claiming not to know me. It just demonstrates the lack of personal approach in getting to know the families you are dealing with. My partner & I were promised so much & yet so little was delivered. Richard was very charming when things were going right but as soon as I questioned something, his attitude completely changed.

Fearnalls provided exceptional service from beginning to end despite a few kinks in the road. Initial consultations were well prepared and took time to understand our requirements. 3D home viewer service was well worth the small fee to ensure quality viewings. Richard was always available to provide advice and guidance. He went above and beyond to keep our sale progressing. I would not hesitate to use Fearnalls again. They were quite frankly, excellent in every way!

Great communication

Fearnalls were brilliant from start to finish when buying our house. We were able to view houses at times that suited us -not having to wait for specific Saturday slots weeks in the future - and once we put an offer in it was very straightforward. Richard was "on the case" and very proactive in managing the sale of my mother's bungalow after her death. He kept us informed throughout and showed excellent judgement in moving the sale on quickly. This was very helpful as I live some distance from Chester.Richard also went above and beyond in dealing with a plumbing disaster at the property and helping to rehome the fish in the pond. A stellar service and recommended unreservedly!

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Tom Fearnall. From start to finish the process has been so easy. What we liked about Tom is that he responded quickly to our initial enquiry. The two viewings were arranged to suit us as we travelled up from London to see the property. We never felt rushed during the viewings and he discretely removed himself when we were having our private discussions or measuring up the place but was always on hand to answer any questions. He showed up on time for the appointments and was charming to speak to and very helpful. We required Tom's assistance in getting the sale completed to our timescale as the legal process was slow so he followed up with the sellers and their solicitors on our behalf to keep the transaction moving forward. Nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend Fearnalls Estate Agent and would definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you!

Fantastic experience. Richard Wheeler is one of the best, most knowledgeable and calmest estate agents I've ever known. I've recently sold my house through Fearnalls (and have bought through them in the past too) and the service from Richard and the team was excellent. Any concerns we may have had about the chain through what ended up being a turbulent time in the property market were soon quashed by Richards dulcet tones on the other end of the phone and it all went very smoothly.
