I would never use Robinsons again! Rude ignorant staff, act superior to people, completely uninterested it’s actually embarassing! They are so rude and I phoned to complain and the manager had the same attitude so no wonder they aren’t bothered. I’ve wrote a review on their Facebook & they blocked me! Worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with

I'm really sorry I cant give a 5* rating. Everyone was excellent at Stockton Office, but the communication lacked my offer was accepted in April, but didn't hear anything from the team until end of June. Now this was resolved and communication did improve but it has had to be taken into consideration when rating my experience.

I was hugely impressed with Steve Robinson and Jamie who works there. We had a problem today that was no ones fault but .... superman Steve swung into action and went more than the extra mile involving cleaners and keys and locksmiths and Uncle Tom Cobbly and all.
