GoogleThis is my first time using Reed Rains Chester-le-Street to manage my property in the local area and it is fair to say everyone on the Lettings Team have really provided me with an excellent service up until now. The most important and appreciated aspect of the Lettings Team's service is their ability to provide with updates on my property without me having to prompt or chase. Also, my tenant was found at lightning speed which was very useful for obvious reasons. As it is still early days on the property management side, I will hold off with commenting on that part of the service but if my experience of their property management is anything like the tenant finding process; I'm sure I will be very happy. GoogleVicky, Mark, Janet and all the team were lovely to do business with but were also super efficient and communicative. Even in the midst of lock down they have kept the ball on our sale rolling smoothly. Compared to our previous move with a different esate agent, our move with Reeds Rains Chester le street was so much less stressful and I felt the team were really working for us to get us the best outcome. Using their in-house solicitor was also really beneficial as it meant they could keep us up to date and move things along as quickly as possible. Top marks to Janet for being super friendly, helpful and communicative. She kept me in the loop all the way through so i knew exactly what was going on and what point in the process we're at. Brilliant Halloween decorations in the office too!

GoogleFantastic service from Reeds Rains they kept me informed throughout the whole process. Not only did they sell my property very quickly they got over the asking price ! They seem to go that extra mile to get the best price they can for you. I also did my mortgage with them and the service they provided was brilliant and the mortgage adviser explained everything fully and got me a fantastic deal. A special mention goes to Vicki she was an absolute star constantly chasing the solicitors to get things through quickly. She is a credit to her employers very efficient! I will definitely recommend Reeds Rains to all my friends and family and will use their services to sell, rent or mortgage my property again !

GoogleI am unfortunately dissatisfied with their management. The maintenance process is riddled with headaches and unnecessary hassle. It would be much simpler for us to either manage the property ourselves or find someone who can do so with less stress and inconvenience. As a landlord, I would not recommend this branch to any property owner for managing or maintaining their property.
