GoogleHighly recommend Mann Estate Agents Chessington, the whole team are fantastic and go the extra mile. I had a few problems with my buyers solicitor, but Zoe’s and Kim’s persistence got us to exchange stage. Believe me this took a lot of their time, but they didn’t give up. Thank you for all your hard work we really appreciate it, we got there in the end 😊

GoogleI used Mann in Chessington to market my house and I was instantly impressed with their efficiency, knowledge and the quality of pictures produced. I had initially shown interest in two other estate agents in the area but they did not come anywhere close to Mann in terms of professionalism and knowledge of house prices in the area. In fact one other estate agent (who I won't mention), undervalued my house by £50k which in a mid market of house price valuations was totally unacceptable and I could have lost £50k in the process had I chose them. Mann managed to sell my house in a week! The process was made very easy and they are all very approachable and friendly. My contacts were Zoe Plummer, Akil Bux and Janene Hayes (Progression Sales Consultant) who were all wonderful in their own roles. All got back to me straight away where replies were needed and I owe them all my very big thanks. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mann in Chessington and the above contacts to anyone selling their property in the area. They are in my opinion definitely and without doubt the best in the area!

GoogleWe used Mann Estate agents to sell my father's house in Chessington. Throughout the process we found the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, offering objective, professional advice and ensuring we were kept fully informed at all stages. Their assessment of the property and evaluation of the local housing market proved extremely accurate. As we do not live in the area Mann's took full responsibilities for all the viewings and other practicalities and from an early stage it was evident that we could be totally confident in the staff to carry out these tasks. Overall we were impressed with the general manner and high standards demonstrated by the staff at Mann's, leading to a successful sale in a timely manner.

GoogleI have been using another estate agent since May. They delayed the sale of my property massively, never got back to me and stressed me out. I lost faith in estate agents, but then along came Mann. I had barely signed up and viewings had already started. Akil sold my house for the asking price before he even advertised it. Mann have the nicest and most efficient team. Akil's drive and effort to sell my house as quickly as he did was inspiring. Thanks again Akil you have made me so happy.

It wasn't the most straightforward of sales but they pushed on regardless, always friendly, supportive and reassuring. I was kept well informed of viewings, offers and, once an offer had been accepted, provided with regular updates regarding the conveyancing. GoogleWe recently sold our home with Mann and Co and we would highly recommend them. From the very first enquiry about selling right up to completion date we were continually kept up to date. Everyone in the team was there to walk us through what ended up bring a fairly lengthy sale, and they were always at the end of the phone/email to answer any queries and reassure any concerns. If we ever move again we'd only ever use them!
