Highly recommend Mann Chessington! Akil sold our house swiftly and with lots of enthusiasm and market knowledge. Communication we received from the team was great, we felt fully informed throughout the process. It was also useful to receive feedback after each viewing on our property. Akil, Zoe and Kim went above and beyond giving us advice/insight on our onward purchase and Janene was fantastic at chasing the chain when necessary. We bought a house recently through this Estate Agents. I cannot thank enough to every single member of staff working there. Mann and Co. estate agents in Chessington recently handled the sale of our family home of 35 years, as well as the purchase of Mum’s new home. From the very outset, Zoe and the team at Mann and Co. were professional, reliable and supportive. They were open and transparent through the whole process, extremely patient, taking the time to explain every step along the way and were sympathetic to Mum’s needs. The process on their side was quick and efficient, they marketed the property well and were able to sell within a day at asking price. They then handled Mum’s purchase with the same diligence and quality of service, really listening to what she wanted from her new home and helping to find her the perfect property. Despite complications with the sale on the solicitors side, the team at Mann and Co. didn’t once falter and went above and beyond to ensure the sales moved forwards, managing the comms between everyone involved and often stepping in where the solicitors were failing. I cannot recommend Zoe, Kim and Akil enough.

Whether buying or selling I would definitely recommend Mann in Chessington. Not only that Kim and her team have been very welcoming and friendly from the very first minute, but their professionalism, support and constant updates were always there all the way through. We were initially buying through Mann in Chessington, and they showed great support in trying to secure the property that we liked, but also when our own sale with another agent fell through just one week before exchange the whole team showed compassion and support that was much needed at the time , assuring us that they will do all they can to get us a quick sale and convince the owners of the house we were buying to bear with us , and they delivered on their promise. We've just completed yesterday and we can't be happier or more grateful to Kim, Akil, Janene and the rest of the team. What can I say! What an experience I had but what a team I had behind me! Due to unforeseen issues with an incompetent solicitor my experience of selling and also buying a property was to say the least very stressful. However, Kim, Akil and Zoe were all on hand for support whenever I needed it, which was pretty much every day! They answered emails promptly and spoke to me over the phone regularly to assure me every step of the way. Kim and Akil especially went above and beyond chasing solicitors and my mortgage company where my solicitor failed.
