The representative here,Daniel, was fabulous. He went , what I believe, above and beyond to help us when selling our late mother’s property. He was caring, patient and compassionate but also did everything within his power to assist us in a professional manor. He kept us updated at all times. I have used Paul Wallace before and went back as they made me feel safe and I will be using them again soon. Excellent staff and service.

I have dealt with other estate agents in the area in the past and was amazed at how much more informed I was kept throughout the process - Joanne was particularly helpful with this! I have used several Estate Agents over the years and have to say Paul Wallace was definately the best.From start to finish they offer an excellent service. There was always someone in the office that was more than happy to answer any queries you may have. To be honest this Estate Agents is more like a family run business offering the personal touch!I would be more than happy to recommend them to friends and family.

Joe gave so much support and knowledge through such a challenging time, when I thought my purchase would never happen ,. Every time there was a glitch , or a hold up on any matter , he was so thorough in his resolutions. I definitely recommend Joe and his team , I got first class results in the end . Very happy client. GoogleDo not trust these people, they have told me house I bought has passed electrical and gas certs, now we bought house come to find out it’s hasn’t they have put my families life in danger with electrics in the house and boiler didn’t even work. They are rude and unprofessional people especially Mark. Be very careful buying from them

GoogleWe had intention of buying a property and was running well until the point we requested gas and electricity checks. Suddenly our emails and communication start passing trough all the agents (Steve, Daniel, John Mark...) in there with very unprofessional answers and attitude and not only avoiding what Is writhen by us but replying with compleate nonsense. We had extrmly rude call Mark which was the top point! Avoid in any cost!NegativeQuality, Professionalism
It is a shame as agents, that we are unable to provide 1 Star reviews for applicants. This is a case of somebody not liking the word No. It would appear you are confusing not getting what you want with us being rude and unhelpful, which is certainly not the case. We have tried to accommodate all your requests. It is the OWNER OF THE PROPERTY, refusing to allow your unqualified tradesman to inspect the property. As per the last email to you, below, they offered for a British Gas qualified engineer to carry out the inspection that you requested at their expense, which you found unacceptable. “Dear Ralitsa Further to our conversation earlier I am dropping you a note to confirm my client’s instructions. They are, at their cost going to pay for a new gas safety certificate to be done by British Gas, a copy of this will be provided to your solicitor by our client’s solicitor. They are not prepared to allow any third-party contractors to inspect the boiler or electrical system, as they feel that they are providing more than adequate assurance’s to you. They aren’t trying to hide anything or be difficult and considering what will be provided to your solicitor in the normal fashion I have to agree with them. I appreciate that may not be what you wanted to hear but that is my client’s final position on the matter. Please come back to me on this today as my clients are asking me to remarket the flat if you don’t wish to proceed. Kind Regards Mark” At no stage was any Paul Wallace employee unprofessional or rude. We were acting in accordance with our client/sellers’ instructions. We believe that our client was being more than reasonable in offering independent expert qualification in respect of your concerns over gas safety and electrical installation certificate.

Paul Wallace were an absolute God send from start to finish with the moving process. Previously we had tried another agent to move house and were unsuccessful due to the volume of traffic with the stamp duty holiday. Then we tried Paul Wallace. Game changer. Jon from the Cheshunt office sold our house on the first viewing and was so attentive throughout the whole process. The solicitor, Robert, that was recommended was also so efficient and went over and above what he should do for us. The service felt very efficient and professional yet also personal at the same time as we weren’t just a number that earnt commission for a faceless agent we were people and the emotional impact of moving etc was in mind at all times. Then there was Joe. When I say we can’t thank him enough we mean that. The service he provided was so heartfelt and thorough. He presented himself as a real person to us throughout the whole process and his down to earth, knowledgeable manner was so assuring throughout the moving process with our 11 week old baby. It felt like he understood how much a move meant to us and was right there with us. Definitely have a nice bottle of wine winging it’s way to the Hoddesdon office for you Joe. You and Robert Dawson (the solicitor working in partnership with Paul Wallace) were instrumental in this move and we are so grateful as we know it would not have completed in the timeframe needed if it wasn’t for you both front running this for us. We would never use another agent again, see you when we sell this house!

GoogleI've used Paul Wallace twice now, and wouldn't hesitate to go back to them. They are excellent communicators, very professional and provide a brilliant service. Working with Peter and Joe has been a pleasure, Joe has successfully guided me through the sale of my flat which went through in record time, the whole process from instruction to completion has taken about 10 weeks!! Very happy customer.
