GoogleDo not trust these people, they have told me house I bought has passed electrical and gas certs, now we bought house come to find out it’s hasn’t they have put my families life in danger with electrics in the house and boiler didn’t even work. They are rude and unprofessional people especially Mark. Be very careful buying from themNegativeQuality

An amazing team. Professional, helpful and courteous. Was kept fully informed about the progress of my sale and went over and above liaising with the estate agent relating to my purchase in Berkshire. So many horror stories about estate agents, most definitely not the case with Paul Wallace, recommend 100%.

GoogleOnes always fears the worst when having to deal with Estate Agents. I needn't have worried in this case. My sister and I were dealt with throughout with courtesy, promptness and professionalism. We were provided with a realistic valuation of our late parents' house, warned away from offers that undervalued it, and obtained a sensible offer in what seemed like a short period of time. Better yet, when a possible sticking point arose late in the day, Peter Gold stepped in and negotiated an equitable solution.

GoogleThe whole team at Paul Wallace are incredibly professional, reliable, honest and true to their word. From start to finish, and through the bumps in the road along the way, Peter, Nick, Johnathan and Joe have been very thorough, honest and caring in the sale of our property. Nothing is too much work for them and they are very reliable: If they say they're going to call you back, they do. I couldn't recommend Paul Wallace enough and have already passed on our recommendation to two friends who are moving in the coming months. One always fears the worst when going to see an Estate Agents. I needn't have. I was dealt with throughout with courtesy, promptness and professionalism. The valuation placed on the property was realistic and we were quickly warned off potential buyers who had under-valued it. When a potential sticking point arose in the negotiations with the buyer, towards completion, Peter Gold stepped in, negotiated an equitable solution, and found a person who could carry out the (reduced) work needed, and quickly.

GoogleWe purchased our home from Paul Wallace and was given the best service 6 years ago. We recently found a house of our dreams and had to put our current house on the market immediately in order for us to secure the house we loved. Peter valued and placed our property on the market within a day; Nick found our buyer the following day and within two days our house was under offer. Joe then swiftly dealt with our sale professionally and kept us updated at all times. No problems whatsoever. We have now sold our home and would recommend the Cheshunt Paul Wallace team to everyone. GoogleI can't find words good enough for the service and help I received from paul Wallace cheshunt and especially joe. From start to finish he has been on the case and any problems I've had he has sorted. Without him I would be in a padded room by now!! He's knowledge and expertise is endless and he dealt with things at times that were probably not really he's job but he did it to help me and my wife. If you are looking for an estate agents then please use paul Wallace cheshunt because they really do deserve every success in the future. Despite the general perceptions estate agents have Joe Solazo and Peter Gold worth a mention and surprised me with their honestly and above all willingless to trully help where possible.
