Great friendly and professional estate agents

I have to say that all the team at Paul Wallace (Brookfield Centre) were amazing, especially Mark who worked hard to push through a more complicated sale. They showed a lot of patience and were incredibly friendly throughout. Given my circumstance of having to sell before buying it is useful that they were able to put me in contact with a very good removals company and a good mortgage broker (in the past I have had had negative experiences with in house recommendations, so this was a real plus). Very satisfied, highly recommended

Paul Wallace in Cheshunt and Hoddesdon were very professional and knowledgeable. Matt (Cheshunt branch) and Joe (Hoddesdon branch) were always on hand if ever we had any questions or needed advice. Matt, Joe and both the teams made our experience as stress free as possible. Very friendly teams and I would highly recommend people using them if selling or buying a house. Paul Wallace Agency was fantastic

The agents at Paul Wallace were extremely efficient, helpful, understanding, honest and hard working. When Paul Leadley told me that all the agents in the agency would be able to help me, so I wouldn't have to worry about only one person being able to handle my sale, he was absolutely right. However, Steve Payne was the agent who dealt with my sale from start to finish and when he was on holiday the other agents did not drop the ball at all. Steve was amazing though - nothing was ever too much trouble for him and every action was a word and a blow - he made it all go very smoothly and I am extremely grateful for that.

Brilliant experience with Paul Wallace - would highly recommend. We recently bought our house with Paul Wallace and i was very happy with the service. I have used Paul Wallace for 2 house moves now and have been very impressed with their service from start to finish. Daniel led on our recent move and although we experienced some challenges due to being in a large chain, Daniel was able to use his experience and expertise to keep me updated and informed throughout the process. Top goto agent in the area (Cheshunt Branch) Have used before so knew exactly where to go when come to sell again. Very honest hardworking agents who don’t just rely on Rightmove etc. In the past they have sold property for me before it even hit the websites so they were my first choice. Again they didn’t let me down, from valuation, listing and all the way thru to completion they were on the ball and pro active. Peter was my first point of contact and his knowledge of the current market was vital in getting the marketing right. I highly recommend Joe Solazzo and Paul Wallace agents.. They took on the sale of my mums house which was occupied with a tenant, and firstly achieved the market value which is rare. Secondly, my mum had a serious car accident so I had to take over the sale negotiations from my home in Thailand. THEN, we encountered problems with our tenant and had to go about getting an eviction order in place. Joe helped me step by step of the way with what I had to do with solicitors etc and he liased with the buyers and kept them updated. The whole experience from my side was extremely professional contacting me via email with questions and updates and he would also call me in Thailand when needed. Very happy with the 100% service thanks to Joe.
