Great Estate Agent! Wonderful team!

I cannot fault Peter and the team from Paul Wallace. They handled our sale and they were brilliant! They are different from other agents in that they understand what you're looking for, and match you to the right house. They really understood what we wanted! They are professional, caring and really do go the extra mile. They made a very stressful process so much better! I recommend them to everyone. *FANTASTIC JOB: Paul Wallace, Hoddesdon Branch!Trying to move home in 2022, have a long chain in place for your move and then experiencing the chaos of the financial sector, with mortgage offers changing/being pulled with little or no warning.Peter Adams, Peter Gold and Joe Solazzo went the extra distance to help close the deal and get me and my family moved in, in time for Christmas!They managed to push the various people in the chain- as well as all of the solicitors involved, with a smile and without ever losing confidence that it would all happen. Outstanding all round

After having to pull out of two previous purchases due to issues with the properties that I am sure were known to the Estate Agents I didn’t have much faith in Agents anymore. That all changed when we dealt with Joe and Peter at Paul Wallace. From the get go they were keen to find out exactly what our requirements were. They were very accommodating with appointment times and their communication was outstanding. Of all parties involved including our own agents and solicitor Paul Wallace were the key in finding out information and relaying everything back to us promptly. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond in helping us on our journey from having the offer accepted to completion. Although I am not looking to move again any time soon, I know that when the time does come I will be using Paul Wallace to sell my property. Thank you!

Amazing customer Service - Highly recommended

I have been dealing with Jon Quy at Paul Wallace for the purchase of my first house. I was a bit nervous as I am a wheelchair user and have not gone through this process for about 20 years. From the start, Jon was amazing. He created me at the house and helped me inside and he was really friendly, helpful and best of all, always kept me up to date. He responds immediately to call, emails or any queries and really helped to guide me through the purchase. I spoke to his team when Jon dared to take 3 days off work (yes terrible behaviour I know 😂) but his team knew exactly what was happening and kept the great customer service going . I could not ask more from Paul Wallace and Jon's team and highly recommend them as a great company to deal with. Thanks guys , you have been perfect .

Five years ago I bought my flat from Paul Wallace and now my new home. The team have been exceptional. It’s been a long 6 months buying my new home however I couldn’t have got through it without the support from Mark. He has been just brilliant! liaising with myself and solicitors and really going the extra mile to ensure that I was able to secure my new home within some tight timescales. For anyone reading the not so great reviews take them with a pinch of salt as there is always two sides to every story and being kind goes two ways. The whole team at Paul Wallace (Cheshunt), but especially Daniel, were so helpful and friendly from start to finish. We were selling a property in the area and purchasing a property in a completely different part of the country which was stressful in and of itself, but Daniel was so reassuring throughout, always at the end of a phone, email or WhatsApp! If he was ever unavailable, the rest of the team were fully up to date so could jump in to help whenever needed. Thank you so much for making a stressful period of time feel so much easier.

Fantastic Estate Agents

We have just completed the sale of our parents house in Cheshunt, and wanted to say how impressed we were with Paul Wallace Estate Agents. We had a number of issues along the way, but the team at Paul Wallace handled them extremely well. They were always quick to communicate and respond, especially Jon earlier in the process, and then Mark Willis did an amazing job in making sure the sale got over the line, especially when we lost the buyer at the bottom of the chain and he not only helped find another buyer, but also chased solicitors and provided regular updates along the way, which was very reassuring. Can highly recommend!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not even bother to call them. Cannot believe that the people who are meant to help with buying property can be this unfriendly towards potential buyers. They need to be more professional and accommodating. There is a way of speaking to customers. And if the way they respond to an inquiry is this rude, I wouldn't have any confidence in them with regards to going further than that. People hiring them to sell their property should think twice.

Paul Wallace’s professionalism was exceptional throughout the sale of our property. The negotiators were very personable, prompt for all viewings and kept me updated at all times on the progress of the sale of our property. They also assisted with numerous questions being asked by the new build developers team for the new build house we were purchasing and kept me updated at each stage of the sale. Mark was especially outstanding on keeping the sale moving and “holding my hand” during the trickier parts of the sale; and became my best friend with our daily update calls. The new build developers team commented on our moving in day they had really appreciated his constant communication to them and his liaison skills with the chain to bring the completion together. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This was the first time I've sold a house in 30 years, so had no idea of the processes involved. Paul Wallace allocated me a member of staff, Steve Payne, who, throughout the sale, kept me fully informed of progress. Through no fault of Paul Wallace, the sale hit a few problems and Steve went out of his way to solve them. He really knows his stuff, is a great communicator and deals with issues quickly. I learnt that getting a good estate agent on board is essential - they do much more than just finding a buyer - seems that that's the easy bit. Paul Wallace kept on top of the sale, particularly when dealing with solicitors from both sides. I was kind of committed to a particular solicitor and if I had my time again, I would have taken Steve's advice and used a solicitor that they have connections with. It was Steve and his colleagues who got my sale over the line and I can't thank them enough for the effort they put in. Thanks team - much appreciated
